ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT ERASMUS+ PROGRAM


Dear students,
You can follow all the processes and announcements regarding the Erasmus+ program through the International Relations and Academic Cooperation Office. It is the responsibility of our students to follow the steps and announcements regarding the necessary processes.

After returning from the university that they were guests,  students in the Erasmus+ program must submit their documents to the Erasmus Coordinatorship of the Faculty of Architecture and Design before uploading their documents to the system determined by the International Relations and Academic Cooperation Office (Uluslararası İlişkiler ve Akademik İşbirliği Ofisi).


Related documents:


1. A copy of the documents submitted before going to the host university
2. A4 portfolio and digital submissions (Drawing, Model, Model Photo, etc.)
3. A4 printouts and digital submissions showing the assignments and exams for the theoretical courses taken
4. Syllabus documents showing the course contents and weekly course schedules of the courses taken
5. All documents received upon returning from the host university

 

After the evaluation made by the Erasmus Coordinatorship of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, the necessary processes and announcements should be followed by the student and the relevant procedures should be carried out.
